# Aimfox - How do I link my account?

# Overview

To authenticate with Aimfox, you need:

1. **API Key** - A key that grants Nango permission to interact with Aimfox's APIs resources and services.

This guide will walk you through obtaining your credentials from Aimfox.

### Prerequisites:

* You must have an account with Aimfox.

### Instructions:

#### Step 1: Generating your API Key

1. Log in to your Aimfox dashboard and go to your [Workspaces list](https://app.aimfox.com/workspaces/).
2. Select the workspace you want to connect.

3. Navigate to **Settings → API Keys**, then click **Create API Key**.

#### Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your **API Key**:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Aimfox.
2. Enter your **API Key** in its respective field.
3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.

You are now connected to Aimfox.
